Halo - Help4All is a non-profit, charity and humanitarian aid association, registered with number W313037343 under French law 1901. Halo - Help4All is authorized to issue tax receipts giving entitlement to a tax reduction of 66% of the sums paid for individuals, 60% for companies.

The association is managed by a Board of Directors composed of the two co-founders, and members elected in General Assembly. It is currently composed of:

• Vincent Guillaud
• Catherine Guillaud
• Corinne Laffon 

The Bureau is currently composed as follows:
Chair president: Isabel Cruz
Treasurer and Secretary: Vincent Guillaud 

A General Assembly is convened each year during the first quarter. The president and the treasurer submit to the vote of the members the moral report of activity, as well as the income statement of the association (expenses, revenues), the progress of the various projects and the future orientations. The number of members, the amount and nature of donations (generic and specific projects) and corporate patronage are given. 

A detailed report by project (objectives, revenues, expenses, results achieved) is also proposed.
