School items for children - India

The kids of Shankar Kheda, Palkhanda and Nichli viyal primary schools and other small rural primary schools need everything. The region is located in one of India's poorest areas.

With the organisational support of Narayan Seva Sansthan Association, a very important local NGO, we have offered to 460 children from 7 to 10 yo a backpack filled with basic school stationery, including: 
- 1 writing kit with pencils/sharpener/eraser/ruler
- 12 coloured pencils
- 1 pencil case
- 2 pens 
- 1 stabilo pencil 
- 12 felt tips 
- 6 notebooks 

We've added a water flask and an insulated lunchbox. 
These children were so proud of their new school items and motivated to go so school. With this small gesture, we gave them dignity and motivation to keep on going to school.
